The Magic of Nature in the Nature Reserve “Sosny Taborskie”, and at the heart of it – Natural Hotel – peace, quiet and nature.
Here, modern design harmonizes with the natural surroundings, the smell of the lake, the sound of three-hundred-year-old oaks (just 50 meters from the hotel) and the Taborskie pines.

The paths that run through the reserve were led among the oldest, most beautiful pine specimens that are most characteristic of this ecotype. The trails are intended for both saunterers and cyclists.


It has been proven that “immersing” yourself in the forest atmosphere affects our health, well-being and body physiology.
Phytoncides, i.e., volatile fragrances that are secreted not only by trees, but also other forest plants, are characterized by plenty of great properties. They have an incredibly positive effect on our immune system (they are fungicidal and bactericidal). On top of that, a therapeutic walk in the forest lowers blood pressure and pulse, and has anti-stress and anti-depressant properties.
Pine trees give off an unusual scent of resin that floats between their coniferous branches. They also produce plenty of iodine, and pine essential oils help fight asthma, chronic bronchial diseases, and even the common cold.
A picnic in a clearing among pine needles will relax, heal and soothe.

Hydrotherapy has been practiced for centuries. Both warm and cold water, in a bathtub or a lake, can have a beneficial effect on the body and a number of health benefits. Regardless of the temperature, the benefits of bathing have been scientifically proven and can keep your body healthy and your mind fit for many years to come.
